Suzy,
I want to acknowledge you for your gifts and contributions. I can also sense the frustration of your efforts not paying off on a material level.

If you’re marketing is not working, here are three important things to consider:

1) Have you mastered the skills sufficiently to help people (from your comment, it seems that you have received positive feedback on your abilities, so this probably is not an issue)?

2) Is what you’re offering enough in demand enough for people to pay for? People pay for things that keep them up at night.

3) Assuming people want to pay for what you have to offer (the problem you are solving), do you have a strategic approach to offering it? This includes giving some things away for free (as in teleclasses and free reports), and also having a strategic way these offerings can lead into paid programs and services with you.

If you give too much away for free, don’t have strategic ways people can connect with you for more help to solve their problems, or lack a specific market and problem your solving, it’s challenging getting your message out.

Getting the right marketing materials, or perhaps reviewing some you already have, can help. Also it might be best to have a personal coach who can work with you individually for further success.

Good luck and to your success.

Blessings,
Phillip

Have you been looking over my shoulder? I still owe $7k for sales and marketing training. I have a site which I recently rebuilt for the 3rd time. There is a blog on my site where I answer free, questions 5 days a week through the guidance of the angels. I have another blog, separate, which I'm using as a way to ease into a book, which I haven't written. I do two free teleseminars a month where I answer questions live, on everything from "the shift" to what's my boyfriend up to? I write articles which have been given some notice.

My big challenge is "the next step." I read & clear people's field to promote healing. I am constantly looking for new clients. People tend to call me once because they are in difficulty. I receive so much praise it's embarrassing. Does it convert to money? No.

Do I need help? Obviously, but I am wary of spending any more money when I am still carrying the debt on my credit card of the last guy.

I"m listening though.

I am one of those people that can create content all day long - it's a very abundant resource for me, especially when I write. So it's no surprise that my most effective marketing is through writing. I have done preview teleclasses for product launches with lots of attendance and no success. And I've sent out simple emails, getting huge response.

Best of all, it doesn't feel like "marketing" to me when I write. It's just who I am.

Blessings,
Andrea
