Did you know that you can use your brain to lead you on a path to heaven or hell, joy or despair? New sciences are confirming that our mind influences our brain and body in fundamental ways.
Seth and the Law of Attraction offer similar insights about creating your own reality. Now neuro-science and epigenetics are giving more credible evidence.
Want more joy and happiness? Focus on positive thoughts. Want more despair? Focus on negative thoughts.
NEW SCIENCE – EXTRAORDINARY POSSIBILITIES AVAILABLE
In neuro-science, it’s been discovered that brain cells are no longer fixed like previously assumed. Instead, brain cells are very moldable by our mind and experiences. Hence the term “neuro-plastic” to describe the brain cells.
The new science of epigenetics has found an important special coating (epigenes) that surrounds our DNA. Although the DNA does have inherited fixed traits (like eye color), the surrounding epigenes shape our DNA.
In other words, the DNA becomes shaped by our thoughts, feelings and behavior. So our mind directly affects us on even a cellular level.
PHILLIP’S SORDID PAST
Since we’re discussing how much the brain can change, I (Phillip) wanted to share a bit from my “sordid” past and how I have changed.
In high school, I received the dubious distinction of being voted “the most sarcastic person” for his class yearbook. I have always had a strong dose of cynicism, which had its heyday in high school.
Since I’ve become a holistic practitioner and teacher over the years, he has definitely had to balance the sarcastic tendencies from my early years.
To be sure, there is a place to see flaws, establish quality control, find proof and make corrections. Retraining your brain is not about becoming a Pollyanna, being naïve and seeing things through rose-colored glasses.
“ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE AND MIRACLES ARE HAPPENING NOW!”
I have come a long way since those sarcastic high school days. Together with my wonderful wife and partner Jane, we’ve developed an EFT-based technique called “The Miracle Reframe.”
The affirmation it uses is, “Anything is possible and miracles are happening now!” Surely a good way to retrain the brain.
So when we use our soul, our higher thoughts and feelings, miracles can happen. For other holistic practitioners like us, who want to get their messages and work out, it’s essential to focus on what’s good and the greatest possible future.
What do you recommend for retraining your brain?

Thank-you for affirming to me that one can train the brain.
) I heard these words, “You will never be given what you can not handle!) So from the moment I opened my eyes, I was a different person, I trained my brain to respond to what I needed, not what I was hearing others needed from me… I didnt want to sit there for the rest of my life, I wanted to move again and think again. I put a wall around my brain, to protect and heal.. This worked, and must say the whole journey was very exciting.. I have not met another surviour.. But know I can tell all in how to retrain the brain, oh, I do not have spell check here.. Smile, and thank-you for your Blog.
I, 10 years ago had a massive bleed in mine. right frontal lobe. So hence the journey started.. People, negitive power all around me, and during the time of learning to walk talk read and write, total destruction, losses all around. So while being on the operatting table, (No, no bright lights!!
