A good image when having troubling thoughts is to imagine the sun, or if it’s sunny outside, focus on the bright environment before you.
“Stormy Weather”? No, my life has been a series of “hurricanes” “typhoons” and “tornadoes”! I am in my “autumn” years so I can speak from many decades of experience living on this planet. As a little child I was subjected to many acts of violence in my home.But starting about the age if four I had the innate ability to over comes any horrors and adversities in my life.It may sound silly. but I always used “BELIEVE” as my mantra. I have have been thru so much in my life that I should be mentally and physically dead by now thru no fault of my own, but I made it. I refused to give in and used the power of” ‘BELIEVE” to carry me on. I now live the life of the dream I had imagined and it will be happy ever after! Diana Weirich
