In part 1, we shared some of Jane Mountrose’s journey on how she learned to love getting out of bed in the morning.
In this post, we will outline the 4 keys to lifting your vibrations, so you wake up excited about the day’s possibilities. We suggest the following:
- Break free from the herd
- Build a dream
- Take action
- Be in the synchronous flow
BREAK FREE FROM THE HERD
Just following the status quo leads to a life of “quiet desperation,” as Thoreau once observed. Going through the motions by following what you “should” do drains your life force. We suggest breaking free of society’s programming, ending the co-dependence on the mass consciousness.
The answer is to follow your heart. And make sure to bring your mind and reason along for the journey. Instead of “shoulding” on yourself, do this: Become the creator of your life. It’s exciting, even if it’s scary at times breaking free of the herd.
For Jane, she connected with her deeper wisdom and opened her heart. From there her passion and creativity flowed. She began to dream of a better life than her job could afford her. She wanted a bigger impact, to help make the world a better place.
BUILD A DREAM
Freeing yourself of society’s approval gives you space to breathe. Your dream can more easily emerge from your gifts and talents. It will lead you to having a purpose and a mission.
This dream we are speaking of is a special one, one that comes from a deep knowingness. It continues to evolve as you do. Creating goals and strategies to realize your dream is part of the journey, too.
For Jane, her dream was to create a world where everyone’s gifts are honored. Her mission was to teach and counsel others to connect with their inner guidance, to clear blockages, and fulfill their potential.
TAKE ACTION
Once you become aware of the bigger picture – your dream – you have the wonderful taste of freedom. The air is much purer from atop the mountain. Now it’s time to develop an action plan to manifest your dream in the 3-D world.
For Jane, it was to research and develop ways for people to heal and grow. She acted on her goals, which involved teaching, coaching and writing. She invested a lot in herself, which came back to her in many ways in having her dream come to fruition.
BE IN THE SYNCHRONOUS FLOW
Researchers have noted that when we are in the flow, we are focused and productive. Yet it feels effortless and timeless. When you break free from the herd, build a dream, and take action, magic happens. Your life, like Jane’s, becomes an exciting adventure.
But what happens when you’re not in the flow, when things get off track and “don’t work out”?
Setbacks are the universe’s way to let us know we need to make adjustments. Periodically you may be called to slow down and re-evaluate. Patience may be needed as well to go forward.
To keep in the flow, remember to detach from the outcome. Life is grander and more profound than any one thing or outcome.
Pursue your dream, but don’t get lost in it. Enjoy the journey and the richness of your life.
WAKING UP
Ironically, when we do things that are “purpose-centered,” aligned with our dream, we become creative and free. We can start to consciously “do.” We can relax and just “be.”
What are the results of breaking free from the herd, building a dream, and taking action? Well you connect much more with the synchronous flow. You’re more in the moment. You have positive motivation, as you follow your brightest future.
And getting up in the morning becomes a miraculous event.
